Payment

The Sock & Jock membership costs vary. You can pay up front and receive each box for £5.00. Or you can pay monthly and receive your box for £9.99 a month.

Please note: We debit your account before we deliver your order. Your new boxer shorts and socks will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days.

The payment for your new order will be taken on the day you initially joined.

You can easily do this yourself, just follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. Select “Personal details” from the menu.
  3. Click ‘Payment details’ and ‘Update payment details’

4. Link your new payment method. Remember, an account number can only be used once.

When you have an outstanding payment, then your new boxer shorts will not be delivered. As soon as your payment has been made, we will immediately send the boxer shorts. You will of course receive them later than you are used to.

You can easily pay the outstanding payment via your account.

  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. There you can see exactly which payment is still open and you can easily pay the payment via your bank.

Didn’t you receive your boxer shorts or are you not completely satisfied? Please let our Customer Service Department know. This is the only way we can help you sort things out with your deliveries or payments.

Yes! Simply get in touch with our customer care team and let them know what date you would like to move your payment too.

If you cannot pay your membership payment at that time, you will automatically receive a reminder via e-mail.

You can then easily pay via your account or via the payment link in your e-mail.

If you delete your payment details from your account or reverse your payment, it will result in an outstanding payment.

This way you will automatically receive an email from us that you still have an outstanding payment.

Your account can not close and you can’t re-join us in the future.

During registration you have given permission for a monthly automatic debit of your membership fees by agreeing to the terms of use.  You are free to cancel or pause your membership at any time via your account. Please note the one month notice period after your trial period.
