Returns
Is there something wrong with your boxer shorts within our period of guarantee? Then we will send you a new one free of charge.
You can request a return via your account.
Simply get in touch with our customer care team and let them know what date you would like to move your payment too.
If your boxer shorts are faulty or you have been sent the wrong pair, you can easily request a return via your account. This can be done within the 90-day guarantee period, we will replace them free of charge.

Have you made a return request and has it been approved, then you will automatically receive an email from us with the return instructions. You can return the boxer shorts to us, free of charge, as follows:
- Put the wrong boxer shorts in the same shipping bag that we delivered the new boxer shorts in, ensure that you close it properly.
- Cross out your address and write “return to sender” on the label. Our address is already on the label.
3.Post the boxer shorts in a normal post box.
- Once received and terms are met we will issue a refund along with the postage cost.
As soon as we have received the returned boxer shorts, we will complete the return request and you will receive a confirmation by email.
